Day 40
Happy 27th birthday to me!
Day 39
Scott and I went on a bike date for my birthday. I don’t actually know how to ride, I’m just pretending. Also that looks like a beard but alas it is not.
Day 38
Clark’s last day of playschool. He has the most awesome teacher and he just loves her! I know it’s cliché, but I just can’t believe how fast he is growing up.
Day 37
Nolan and all his stuffings (as Clark calls them). His two kitties, his Iggle Piggle and his Makka Pakka. (Okay they are not really from that show but that’s what he calls them). Also Can you see little Benton at the edge of the picture?
Day 35
Benton Loves the two shag carpets we have. He has even begun falling asleep on them. What a little sweetie.
Day 33
My sister and her family also came to visit for the long weekend. Benton hanging out with his fav cousin Olive.
Amanda and Duncan also bought us some delish ice-cream cake. Tyler did an excellent job of cutting it.
Day 32
Scott’s sister and her four boys came to visit for a few hours. Having seven boys in the house was fun! I teased Scott that it was like looking into our future.
Day 31
It was a mosquito day today. Meaning too many mosquitoes around. Especially for a little guy who is very scared of them. Clark and Nolan built a big fort out of the kitchen chairs.
Day 30
The view out our kitchen window. I actually like being able to look outside at all the construction. I know it won’t last long and there are always new houses popping up.
Day 29
Just a small stop at dollar-rama to buy some things for the people who lost their homes in the Slave Lake fire.
Day 26
One of Nolan’s favourite things in the whole world is to help unload the dishwasher. I always let him do the utensils because that is the part I hate doing the most.
Day 25
I had a birthday party for Scott at delux burger bar, his favourite place to eat. Direct flash is so flattering :P. Also bald guy in the background add so much to this special moment.
Day 23
Scott studying hard for his ACP exam. Soon he will be an EMR! His first step to becoming a Paramedic.
Day 18
Benton sporting his Toupee. It’s a tradition in our family for Scott to clean out my hairbrush and pretend to use it a a moustache or toupee’s for our bald children. Yes I know, gross.
Day 15
I wanted to take a picture proving that he actually wears clothes. This shirt describes him so well….
Day 13
Modeling the duct tape belt. This is what has to happen when someone takes their diaper off every night. You can imagine the “surprises” we find in his crib the next morning.
Day 12
This is what happens when you have boys. I wouldn’t trade wearing gonch on heads for princesses any day.
